Advanced notice cancellation: Bookings cancelled with more than two business day’s notice are refundable. $22 booking fee applies.

Advanced notice rescheduling: Bookings rescheduled with more than two business day’s notice with incur a $22 rebooking fee.

Last-minute changes: Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than two business day’s notice are non-refundable / non-changeable (i.e. charged at the full fee)

About Dog Training Prices

Looking for dog training prices in Melbourne? Every class and session is priced upfront below, with no hidden fees. Group classes start at $260. Private one-on-one sessions start at $195, and senior trainer sessions start at $245. In-home training is available for an extra $50 per session, with a small travel surcharge if you are outside our service area.

Group classes are the most affordable way to train and suit most dogs, from puppy pre-school through to skills and obedience dog training. Private consults cost more because the time is dedicated fully to you and your dog, which is the faster route for reactivity, anxiety, or long-standing habits. Not sure which fits? That often depends on your dog’s age, temperament, and what you want to fix.

If you want to train regularly, our multi-session packs bring the per-session cost down: 3, 5, or 8 sessions, onsite or in your home. Prices are the same whether you book puppy training, obedience, or one-on-one help, so you can see the exact cost before you commit.

Dog training in Melbourne with us starts at $260 for a group class like Puppy Pre-School or Skills and Obedience. Private one-on-one consults start at $195 for an initial session, and senior trainer consults start at $245. Multi-session packs bring the per-session cost down. Group classes are the most cost-effective, and private training gives you dedicated one-on-one time.

Yes. We can run private consults and senior trainer sessions in your home. In-home sessions are an extra $50 per session on top of the standard consult price. If you are outside our normal service area, a travel surcharge of $20 per 10 minutes applies. In-home training suits dogs who train best in their own environment, or owners who cannot get to a class.

Puppy Pre-School is $260. A Private Puppy Pre-School, run one-on-one, is $440. We also run a Puppy Plus+ Program for $395 for owners who want to go further. The theory class is free when taken with other classes, or $65 as a one-off. Puppy Socials are $15 each, or 5 for $60.

Both are one-on-one. A Private Consult is $195 for the initial session and $145 for repeats. A Senior Trainer session is $245 initial and $185 repeat. Senior Trainers cost more because they carry more experience and usually handle more complex cases, like reactivity or long-standing behaviour issues. Onsite training packs are also priced separately: 3, 5 or 8 sessions with Private Consults ($420 to $1040) or Senior Trainers ($525 to $1300).

Two possible extras. In-home sessions add $50 per session. If you live outside our service area, travel is charged at $20 per 10 minutes. Booking changes may also carry a small fee: cancellations or reschedules made with more than two business days notice incur a $22 fee. There are no other hidden costs. The price you see for each class or consult is the price you pay.

Packs are the best value if your dog needs ongoing work rather than a one-off session.
